Rise reset progress
Hi I was looking at the latest updates in the Rise Version History and saw this one here.
Just wondering where you choose to reset learner progress, it doesn't mention it in the click here...

Hello all! Today we noticed we have the Reset Learner Progress toggle available under More Settings on the Export page.
However it doesn't seem to work yet as I've attempted to use it on 2 courses.
Is there an estimated date of when this will be usable?

IS there an update on this query! the toggle doesnt appear to be working! Ive wasted time republishing with different options thinking I'm doing this wrong!

Hi Lesley! So sorry to hear that toggling reset learner progress does not work for you.
I would suggest troubleshooting your file in SCORM Cloud to check if the behavior is the same. SCORM Cloud is an industry-standard testing engine that's free and supports AICC, SCORM, Tin Can API (xAPI), and cmi5 content.This video tutorial demonstrates how to use SCORM Cloud with Articulate content.You'll also find some helpful LMS-troubleshooting tips here.If your course works properly in SCORM Cloud but not in your LMS, kindly share your SCORM Cloud findings with your LMS provider to troubleshoot the issue.If the course encounters the same issues in SCORM Cloud, open a case with us here so that we can investigate.
