Rise Scenarios
I have built a scenario with separate dialogues, but in one of the dialogues my character's pose is stuck in neutral regardless of the vibe I select.

I'm sorry to hear that you encountered this issue. It sounds like it is specific to this single interaction. Have you tried recreating the affected scenario by deleting and then re-building it?
If recreating it doesn't fix the problem, please open a case with our support team here so we can request a copy of your course for testing. We'll delete it when we're done!
