Rise SCORM 1.2 Package Can't be Viewed on Mobile Devices & LMS Mobile App

Mobile compatibility issues with SCORM packages can be difficult to diagnose because the same course often works perfectly in a browser but behaves differently inside an LMS mobile app. A good first step is to test the package in SCORM Cloud and compare the results. If it works there, the problem is more likely related to the LMS app or its embedded WebView rather than the Rise export itself. Sharing the LMS version, mobile app version, and device details can also make it much easier to pinpoint the cause.
