Rise Slow to Respond and Unresponsive

My team and I have noticed that Rise is slow to respond and then becomes unresponsive. We have tried all the steps you have sent previously (clearing cache, restarting, etc.). Is there anythin...
I followed all of the steps and it is still slow. I send videos to you. It is frustrating to pay so much money for something that is slower than a snail. I hope you understand I reached my limit now. All i receive is emails on how I must clear this and use this.... all done and it is still slow
