This is getting increasingly frustrating that Articulate seem to prioritise HUGE updates with enormous bells and whistles that their customers aren't asking for, whilst ignoring seemingly simple but critical feature updates that they are being BEGGED for!! I'd like to add a feature request that Articulate have a strategy just for 1 year, where they pause the madness, and focus on tackling all these simple requests and leave the big bangs for a while!! Close the gaps in the tool you already have rather than R&Ding new things your customers aren't asking for - pay attention to what they ARE asking for (and have been for 7+ years!). Thank :)Seems like they are not interested in adding heavily requested features as long as they can not monetize them... In over seven years they did not manage to get this done. This is a huge slap in the face for the articulate community and clearly shows their focus...
Yep - totally agree. Makes me wonder why they bother having a feature request avenue at all if they aren't going to listen to what customers are asking for!
