RISE Tables - adding alt text
Hi everyone, I have gone through all the articles I could find on RISE and accessibility, but cannot find anything regarding alt text for tables. I am wondering how a table is read in RISE with a screen reader, and if my first cell top left is empty, can it be skipped from the screen reader.
Appreciate any thoughts, as I didn't see an option to add my own alt text.

Hi Teresa, the screen reader reads a table one cell at a time from left to right. If a cell is empty, the screen reader skips the cell. I hope this helps! 😊
