Rise to Word
Hello!
I want to revisit the question of if there is an easy way to download a Rise course into a Word document. I saw this question asked several years ago and have done some research of my own, but I haven't seen anything viable yet.
Does anyone know how to convert a Rise course into a Word document?
Thanks!

We publish our Rise courses to PDF and then convert the PDF to a Word document.
While the process is quick and easy, the resulting Word document is a complete mess and very difficult to work with. It's take a long time to reformat the entire Word doc to make it usable.

Hi All,
I don't use RISE360 very often. I have a course that needs to be put into a PP and I thought I could give the SME a Word version and they could paste some of the content into a PP. I guess I remembered wrong since looks like I can only publish as PDF? I am low tech. I have heard adobe has a converter. Has anyone used that to do something like this? Thank you!

KathleenPick076 - As Karl noted, the Word output from PDF is very messy. Period.
One approach that might work is to simply take screenshots, then put those into Word (though I would use a landscape orientation to keep myself from going bonkers). If the course is longer, though, then that's not a good option.
Printing to a PDF and then having the SME comment in the PDF is probably the simplest way to get the feedback you are looking for.
