Rise Video Seek Bar not working once published to web?

I have created a course in Rise with video content. The videos play fine in Rise and Review, but when published for Web, the seek bar does not work. Clicking anywhere on the seek b...
Did you find out what's wrong? I would think it has nothing to do with Rise. Please post your thoughts.

Hi there. Thanks but no need. It's only one user, so we know it's not the Rise file. I just wanted to know what maybe causing it for this particular individual. No worries. Thanks for the response.
