Hi there, Jay. I'm able to upload a 1 minute video into the video block in my test Rise 360 course. Are you still having trouble?

Try any of these steps:

• Switch to another supported browser (Edge, Safari, Chrome, Firefox - latest versions)
• Switch to private browsing mode or clear your browser cache
• Test in a different course, and/or with a different video
