I've searched and found quite a few discussions on this topic, but all are several years old so I'm posing the question again.
Can you set a video thumbnail when adding video content in a Rise360 ...

I’m excited to share that we've released a new Rise 360 update that includes:
- Enhanced: Upload or generate a custom video thumbnail.
There’s nothing to install for web-based apps. New features and fixes are immediately available!

Add me to the list too! Right now our videos aren't even showing the first frame as the start image which has been our workaround for years.
