Rise360 Knowledge check displaying results

I have a Rise360 curse, a knowledge check created from question banks, when user clicks submit, all options are marked either incorrect or correct, before they try again. This defeats the need to try again. I have tried all the feedback options and was unable to resolve.

 

I have looked back in our LMS to a course we did within last 3 months, same issue, but an older course, still functions correctly. Did something change in the last few months?

    Hi ChrisBrantley-f is it possible you are confusing the knowledge check questions with quiz questions. The quiz questions allow you to hide the incorrect/correct icons when the user responds to the question. For example, this is the configuration setting for a quiz:
