Very interested in this, too. What I'd LOVE to see in Rise is an option for an Acknowledgment. 

Upon completing the course successfully, the learner is presented with the Acknowledgment page.
The Acknowledgment page contains the Acknowledgment statement as a multiple-choice (True/False) question. 
For all answers, in my case, we show who the learner can email about any concerns. For False answers, the course is marked incomplete/no credit, etc.

The Acknowledgment page is so common in compliance courses that it seems like it would be a Rise-worthy option.

    Any news on this? It blows my mind that the end of quiz experience is so confusing for end users. There needs to be distinct feedback elements.

    • Failed with other attempt(s) permitted.
    • Failed with no further attempts permitted (and a message to say what happens next).
    • Passed less than 100% with an optional retry
    • Passed with 100% (maybe with an option to review answers)
