Rise360 SCORM import in CANVAS does not open in new window

Thank you Cary. I found that one too but it didn't help.

I am waiting for LMS-IT response. They seem confident that they can fix it.

      Hi CraigStruble​,

      I understand that you're experiencing something similar to what Daniela described and are trying to determine whether there's a way to have a Rise 360 SCORM course launch in a separate browser window instead of displaying within the Canvas page. 

      • Are you publishing your Rise 360 course as SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, or another format?
      • When the course launches in Canvas, is it displaying embedded within the Canvas page rather than in a separate browser window?
      • Do you have any launch settings available in Canvas for the SCORM package, and if so, what are they currently set to?
