Rise360: Security and Limit access to Company users
Hello - is there a way (beyond using a password or multiple collaborators) to limit access to Rise courses only to those either within my company network or those having same email @company.com, etc.?

- A Rise project (that is, the editable source) can be shared with multiple collaborators. They must have an Articulate 360 Teams license.
- A Rise project can also be emailed to anyone with an Articulate 360 account. That creates a completely separate copy.
- A Rise (or Storyline) project published to Review 360 can be accessed by anyone with the review link.
- The only way to limit that access is by setting a password.
- There's no way to prevent someone from sharing the link URL and the password.

Access to the course is at the discretion of the Course Owner.
The owner can make anyone with a Rise 360 a collaborator. There isn't a way to limit access to specific email addresses.
Is it possible to change the password for a course, periodically, to add a layer of security?
Only the Course Owner and assigned collaborators have developer access to Rise 360 courses. Why do you need to password protect courses further?
Perhaps I need to clarify, I am looking for added security from the user. Is it possible to change the password to a link so that a user cannot send the link to someone outside the organization?
Are you using the course SHARE links to provide direct access to your Rise courses?
