Rise/Reach 360 Individual Question Data Report

I have created a quiz in Rise 360 and exported it to Reach 360 to be taken by team members but I cannot figure out how to produce a report broken down by question with each person's answers. Do anyon...

Happy to help with this!

To generate a report in Reach 360 that breaks down quiz results by question and includes each learners answers:

  1. Go to the Courses tab in Reach 360 to see a list of all your current and completed courses. Then select the course for which you want to view the report.
  2. In the course report dashboard, click the Report link under the average quiz score to access the question-level report.
  3. Each question in the tracked quiz will have its own breakdown, showing the question, answer results for all learners, and how many times each answer was selected.
  4. To see how individual learners answered, click the Learners tab. This will list each learner, their quiz completion status, and their best quiz score.
  5. Click on an entry to see the individual question breakdowns for that learner.

 

Also, if necessary, you can export the report to a CSV file by clicking Export.
