Not received anything so far. Is there any way we can chase to get this sorted ASAP? We have to deliver some courses by Friday and we really need to have December version of the software by tomorrow (1september) - RenaeGigon-c5744 years agoCommunity Member
We should have a better way than opening a support ticket. I opened a support ticket in 2021 for an issue that is STILL not resolved, and made the mistake of updating to see if maybe, 6 months later, it was fixed. Now I can't roll back and don't have confidence in the support ticket since the original issue surfaced is still not corrected.
