Hello, In SF Learning we get an error during the upload of the NCname field. Does anyone knows how this field is related to Articulate Storyline?
I figured it out. When publishing the title cannot have symbols and some characters, so I removed all of them and made a clean name, which I also needed to update on the reporting and tracking fields for names and republished without an error. Hope this helps someone.
Well it happened again and I ensured all the names had no characters/symbols and it continue to throw an error. Turned out when I shortened the name it worked.
