Satisfaction/Feedback Surveys in Rise
I'm trying to create a way for learners to provide feedback on modules built in Rise. Simple things like being able to submit a star rating and record free text feedback and have run into a roadbloc...

Hi Chris!
Storyline blocks won't send question-level details to your LMS. Instead of using a Storyline block, you could embed a survey from a third-party tool (like Google Forms) using a Multimedia Embed block.
Use this iFrame code format for easy embedding:<iframe src="URL HERE"></iframe>

I couldn't get this to work. I entered this string with the link in place of URL HERE and put it in a code snipped block and all that shows in the course is a string of code. Any other ideas on how to make this work?

Hi Tina,
Do not use the Code Snippet block.
Create a MULTIMEDIA / EMBED block. Edit the block and replace the existing URL with the survey URL following the format below:
<iframe src="SURVEY_URL_GOES_HERE"></iframe>
