Saving courses to a centralized location

My team each have their own articulate accounts, meaning the courses they create are only accessible by them unless they share with the rest of the team.  Is there a way to save all courses files on...

This was a great question. Since it was originally asked, new features (user mgmt and Team folders) have been added. Does anyone have a best practice or solution they like to ensure all Rise courses from users across an enterprise account are accessible if needed? For example using a shared Team folder, specific user account that is added as collaborator/manager on everything, etc.
