Saving Rise content on a free trial

I have currently got content on a free trial basis. How can I save the content I created without losing it?

    Hi David,

After your free trial expires, Articulate will keep the courses you created for about 6 months. If you convert your free trail account to a paid account within this period, you can transfer those courses to your new account.

Otherwise there isn't a way to save a Rise course if you no longer have an active account.

  • Hi David! Here's where you can find that information in our Sales & Support FAQs!

We'll keep your Rise 360 courses and Review 360 projects on our servers for at least six months after your paid subscription expires or at least three months after your free trial ends. This means you'll have access to them again if you renew your subscription later. (We don't preserve Storyline 360 team slides or Rise 360 shared block templates when a subscription expires.)
