Saving Type-in Responses in Storyline?
I am seeking guidance on whether it is possible for individuals to competing a training made in story line to download their responses?
Is it possible for them to save a PDF?
Also, what happens to the responses that they enter into the prompts? Are they save somewhere private or is it publicly avaliable.
I am VERY NEW to e-learning. I would appreaciates any help or guidance.

1. Is it possible for individuals to download their responses?
- Absolutely! You can add a "Print Results" button in your Results Slide which will allow your learners to print their responses to your quizzes.
This is what the resulting page would look like:
2. Yes, you can print and then select "Save as PDF" as an option.
3. If you need the responses to be saved, you'll need to publish your course for LMS distribution and upload the course to an LMS. Here's a quick look at all the quiz data that Storyline 360 sends to an LMS:
