I want to add a query with a rating at the end of each row/question. The rating works great, but I missed something when copying the buttons. Can anyone help me? If I answer questions 1-3, it gets deleted. If I answer questions 4-5, only the rating remains correct. What am I doing wrong?

The slide has 6 rows/sets of buttons, but it only has 3 button sets.
Assigning buttons to the wrong set is what is causing some answers to be deleted. For example, the second button in set 4 is in button set page1-set1. Selecting that button will automatically deselect all of the other buttons in that set.
For this type of interaction, each row of buttons needs to be in its own button set.
That has been done in the edited slide in the attached file.
Also notice that I rearranged items in the Timeline so that the buttons in each set are together.
This makes it easier to select the correct buttons for each set.

Hi Judy, can you please help me once again?
Each cell should now have an input field (Number input field with a fixed value 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5), and the sum should be displayed on the far right. Is this feasible? I'm practically breaking my fingers trying to do this! (The starting point is the slide mentioned above.)- JudyNolletSuper Hero
AlisonCalvert: It's not clear to me what the input fields are supposed to accomplish. If you just want the appropriate numerical value to appear next to each radio button, you could enter that directly into the button.
In any case, this is a new question. It belongs in a new discussion. That increases its visibility, which makes it more likely to get replies from multiple folks with different ways to approach a problem. Having each new question in its own discussion thread also makes it easier for others to find potential solutions when they have a similar problem.
In addition to a more explicit description, I also recommend that the new discussion include an updated .story file with what you have so far.
