I'm happy to let you know we released a new update for Rise 360. This update fixes the issue you encountered where screen readers skip scenario block dialogues. There's nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available, though you might need to export your Rise 360 course again.

We are currently tracking a known issue in Rise 360 that causes screen readers to skip scenario block dialogues. I've added this community post to the bug report so we can notify everyone here as soon as a fix is released!
