Score showing "0" even though learner finished the quiz - variable not working properly

I have a course that learners are reporting that they finished the quiz and they land on the "Closing" page -- but the Score is showing a zero "0". It's as if the variable is not working prope...

I noticed that you've opened a support case and connected with my teammate, Lejan. You're in excellent hands working with him and we can continue the conversation through your case.
My quiz slide is having the same issue - it is showing that the learner passed, but the "Your Score" field remains showing 0%. I cannot see where that data feeds from since it is a built-in function.
How was this resolved?
Do you have more than one Quiz.Score variable in your project? If so, could the issue be caused by referencing the wrong Quiz.Score variable, possibly pointing to a different one than intended?
