SCORM 2004 3rd and 4th Edition Error in Cornerstone OnDemand

    Hello EvelynHillmon​, 

    I'm curious to know where you are creating your content. Are you experiencing the same error message as Jessica, or something different? 

    • I see that JacquelineSilva​ shared that they solved this by recording the completion for the first slide, and then auto-advancing seemed to help them with their issue in Cornerstone. 

     

    If you have tested your course in SCORM Cloud and things are running as expected there, I recommend reaching out to your LMS Admin for assistance on why it's not working properly in their environment.

      LucianaPiazza​ - That is a work around.

      We are using Storyline 360 and this error also appears after using the exit trigger. The pre-built exit trigger sends the bookmark back to the LMS 3+ times in just milliseconds. I tested it on the SCORM cloud and can share the debug data if needed. 

      Why does the bookmark and other data get sent so many times when the Exit Trigger is used?
