SCORM 2004 3rd and 4th Edition Error in Cornerstone OnDemand
Hi LucianaPiazza
I am experiencing this issue in Rise, so I'm unable to use the same workaround. Any updates to this problem?

Hello jfelder5,
Thanks for reaching out! I understand you are receiving the same error message as Jessica in Cornerstone OnDemand.
- Do you experience the same behavior if you test your course in SCORM Cloud?
- What are your current publishing settings for your Rise 360 course?
If you are experiencing the same behavior in SCORM Cloud, we'd be happy to take a closer look at a copy of your course in a support case so we can continue troubleshooting.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Thanks for getting back! We typically export Rise with SCORM 2004. I have yet to experience the same issue when I upload to SCORM Cloud, but if it's the same diagnosis that Jacqueline described earlier, it seems as if we are getting this message as a result of a trigger at the end of a Rise course either before they click the exit course button or closing the exit course splash screen too quickly after they click the exit course button.

Hello jfelder5,
Thanks for sharing an update! It's good to know that this behavior appears to be isolated to your LMS, as it is functioning properly in SCORM Cloud. I have opened a support case on your behalf so we can take a closer look at your setup. Our team will be in touch shortly via email. Thanks so much for your patience!
