SCORM Analyzer shows course completion but LMS doesn't register
Wondering if anyone has experience with a Storyline course, SCORM 2004 3rd ed, not recording properly in LMS (CentralSquare) when the SCORM Analyzer shows all the SCORM aspects working accurately? All course settings appear to be proper but the LMS (for some users, not all) shows the course as "started" instead of "completed". SCORM parameter cmi.completion_status first shows as incomplete with cmi.exit parameter showing a value of suspend, later the cmi.success_status parameter shows as unknown with cmi.completion_status as incomplete, then later cmi.completion_status shows as completed but LMS still doesn't register the completion. There are variations of this type of return from different users but ultimately all have finished the course and the LMS doesn't register completion. Thank you

So many reason why this could be the case, it could be a long course that times out on the server, user error, the need to press an exit button on the LMS...
I would test in scormcloud, if they have finished reopening and resuming should send the completion again, if not maybe an issue with the course itself.
