SCORM Cloud Novice
I'm looking for a platform to host a portfolio of course creations for employers and learners. I am an independent contractor at the moment. Is SCORM Cloud appropriate for this purpose?

Great question! SCORM Cloud is an industry-standard testing engine developed by Rustici Software. It wouldn't be the best place to host a portfolio. Instead, I'd recommend looking at the post from the Rapid E-Learning Blog titled, How to Create an E-Learning Portfolio. You'll also see hosting recommendations listed.
