SCORM Data To LMS
To completely eliminate the LMS as a possible source, have you tested your exam on SCORM Cloud?
What is the inactivity time-out on your LMS set to?
Have you tried running your exam with LMS Debug Mode enabled? What do you see?
If you run a packet sniffer like Wireshark, Fiddler, or Charles Proxy, do you see a point where the connection is dropped?
Thank you for the thorough response. SCORM Cloud has not provided us much utility over the years. Timeout is not an issue, as we have dealt with that with a previous LMS so we knew to address it with our proprietary one. And I have not tried running it in Debug Mode, but I will be learning about it and the packet sniffers listed, as I'm completely unfamiliar with their purposes. I appreciate the help on the LMS side!
