SCORM packages not returning to blackboard ultra content page

I have multiple SCORM packages uploaded to a course in blackboard ultra. Primarily a couple of videos on different slides within a scene. I have it set to report completion as a pass, but I think something is wrong. The videos play, but they just hang and don't close out or get credit.  Should I have changed the setting to completion instead of pass?
