Thanks for reaching out and sharing a screenshot and the steps you've tried so far! It sounds like you had some questions about minimizing the negative white space around screencasts you've inserted into your Storyline 360 course. I'd be happy to offer some insight!
Currently, there isn't a way to change the size of the screen recordings once inserted as step-by-step slides since they're a part of the background. However, the best methods for reducing the extra white space would be one of the following:
- Adjust the story size to match the size of your screen recording.
- Adjust the size of the recording frame to match your Story size.
