Screen Recording - Mouse Click Sound

I'm not sure if there's a solution to this, but I record many videos for systems training and use the View Slide option. I find the mouse click sound incredibly jarring in an otherwise quiet video. ...

Hi EricSantos​ - Was wondering if the folder will appear if I published my project as a video? I tried publishing something just now and the only content in that folder I have is the video output.

Thanks for your question! Seth’s workaround above may not be applicable to all situations, especially when it comes to published video outputs.

What you’re seeing is expected. When a Storyline course is published as a video, only the video file is generated and included in the output folder. Other course files and assets typically available in web or LMS outputs are not created in this format.

I also went ahead and added your feedback to the existing feature request regarding mouse sounds, so you’ll be notified if anything changes.

    Thanks EricSantos​ - I figured that must be the case but I still thought I'd ask. Noticed that this was a feature request from 8 years ago (form a different thread), is there any traction on getting this feature added soon? It really is going to be helpful as not all screencast/system demonstrations that are done within Storyline is published as a Storyline course, some that I do I publish as a video then added as a Storyline block within Rise for microlearnings.
