Screen Recording Action out of sync when saved as video

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with the screen recording in Storyline. I appreciate the troubleshooting you're already done.
Unfortunately, I can confirm your findings with this. Our team has identified this behavior as a bug introduced in Update 3.96, and you are correct that rolling back to Update 3.95 should work for now.

Thanks Steven. I had the same problem so I followed the instructions and rolled back to December's version 3.95... It did work so hopefully the next update will fix this bug 🤞
