Screen recording in Storyline showing black screen
Hi - I am trying to do a screen recording in Stroyline 360. I tested with an email and with the application I'm trying to record. In both cases all I got when completing and clicking done or ESC was a single slide with a black screen imported into my course. I sent a note to support but thought someone here might have ideas too.

Sorry to hear that you ran into this behavior!

In the meantime, here are a couple of things that you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
- Do a repair of your Storyline 360 installation
- Make sure that you have the scale setting of your monitor set to 100%
