Sorry to hear that you ran into this behavior!
I checked your account and saw no recently created support cases, so I went ahead and created a case on your behalf.
In the meantime, here are a couple of things that you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
- Do a repair of your Storyline 360 installation
- Make sure that you have the scale setting of your monitor set to 100%
