Screen recording is flashing black during playback

It sounds like you were experiencing some flashing on the screen after capturing a screen recording in Storyline.

Can you please share how this was solved. I do regular screen recordings and I am getting a flash when the slides are transitioning, on try mode. Its only on some. I have removed the screen recording action and put a manual trigger in some, and it really hasn't made a difference. this makes for a very choppy and unprofessional look. HELP
