Screen recording

Hi guys,

I am looking for the solution to my case. Maybe one of you has or had any experience with this topic. I am looking for a software that could record screen sequence (with active tapping/clicking) in the original version and based on this video, create exactly the the same video sequence, but in a different language. Language would be changed manually by me before recording. It is a Video Training and I am trying to find an easy solution for localisation, and save time with screenshoting.
