Scroll bars not receiving keyboard focus

It appears the December 13, 2023 Storyline update (3.83.314440) may've re-introduced the issue of scroll bars not receiving keyboard focus (when justkeyboard navigating; I did not have this problem while using a screen reader). I've published multiple SL360 files, old and new, and found this issue present in every version of Storyline 360 since December 13th.

I'm curious if anyone else is experiencing it? If it's not just me, hopefully Articulate can fix this ASAP.

    I’m happy to share that in Storyline 360 (Build 3.86.32028.0), we fixed a bug that you were running into:

    • Fixed: Text scrollbar does not receive keyboard focus.

    From here, all you need to do is update Storyline 360 in your Articulate 360 desktop app!

    Sorry, you've hit this snag with scroll bars not receiving keyboard focus. Opening a support case and sharing your project file is a good call. Unfortunately, my colleague Johnrey has confirmed that this is a bug in the product. Rest assured that we will look into this and let you know if there are any updates.

  • For the sake of others who are experiencing this and stumble upon this post, I was able to resolve it by rolling back to either of the November 2023 versions of Storyline.
