Hi Douglas!
I’m happy to share that in Storyline 360 (Build 3.86.32028.0), we fixed a bug that you were running into:
- Fixed: Text scrollbar does not receive keyboard focus.
From here, all you need to do is update Storyline 360 in your Articulate 360 desktop app!
If you run into any issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Support team in a support case.
For the sake of others who are experiencing this and stumble upon this post, I was able to resolve it by rolling back to either of the November 2023 versions of Storyline.
