Seekbar unlock after learner views slide?

I'd like to unlock the seek bar after a learner views a slide, so that if they want to review it they can freely. I can't seem to figure out how to "hide" the seek bar with a hot spot so I ...

I appreciate the additional insight into customizing the Modern Player. We have an active feature request for just that, and I'll be sure to add your thoughts to the report, as well as our team, particularly around the branding and conditional seekbar requests you receive!
We don’t have currently have plans for this feature in our roadmap, but we’ll remain active in our tracking of this request and be sure to update this discussion if anything changes!
