If you still have the need for an additional freelance developer, please feel free to contact me. As a certified advanced e-learning instructional designer, I have 6 years of experience with Articulate's product suite as well as all Adobe products in the Master Collection. Though I'm not a certified PMP, I have managed many e-learning projects & was the Sr. learning Developer/Designer for Fannie Mae HQ in DC. I also have considerable experience with Docent/Sum Total & Saba 5.5.
