LisaP1: As AndrewBlemings- said, Rise doesn't include the kind of self-assessment option you're looking for.
If you decide to go with the suggestion of using a Storyline block, this post might be helpful. It has a file that demonstrates and explains how to track responses to provide in-course feedback.
