Sending Rise copy to many doesn't function

Hi all, 

Happy Friday 😊

We have had two cases now where sending a copy of a Rise course to a list of emails does not function: the users receive their copy but it gets stuck on loading and they can't do anything with it. When we send copies individually one by one, the course functions. 

Is this a bug within Rise?

    Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble sharing your Rise course to multiple users.

    I’ve created a support ticket for you so one of our Customer Engineers can take a closer look at the issue.
