Sentence spacing issue

Hi DineshHewagameg!
Thanks for following up and sharing the additional feedback!
Not all Variable Fonts are supported by Storyline 360. While these fonts may appear to function when authoring within Storyline, they will not render properly once published. Is there a chance you have the Variable package installed for the Overpass font?
After testing both Variable and Static font packages on my end, I was only able to retain the bold with the Static version of Overpass.
- Here's a link to my course after publishing to Review 360.
I suggest uninstalling any Variable instance of Overpass font on your machine and then installing the Static version. After that, please relaunch Storyline 360, so the new fonts are updated.
Let me know how it goes!
Hi DineshHewagameg!
Sorry to hear you've run into formatting issues with published text from Storyline!
I tested the behavior on my end using Open Sans font, in the current version of Storyline 360. After publishing to Review 360, all of the bold text, and paragraph formatting, were retained. I have some follow-up questions to help me understand your setup a little better:
- Which font are you working with, and does the same issue occur regardless of the font being used?
- Are you publishing the course to Review 360, LMS, or someplace else?
- Does the same issue occur across multiple projects, or is it local to one?
If a repair of your Storyline installation doesn't do the trick, it would be helpful to see a copy of the .story file that's giving you trouble. Feel free to upload a copy here in the discussion or privately through a support case.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi Steven,
Thank you for the prompt response. We are using "Overpass" font in our project and published in to Review 360 for the review purpose but ultimately goes in to an LMS. This has happened to all of our projects.
If there is a workaround please let me know.
Thank you.

Hi Steve,
You made my day. Thank you so much. I followed what you have said and it works for me. I have tested on our LMS and it works too. Thanks again.
