Setting up a custom color pallette

Question

I have just viewed Dave Andersons training session "Graphic Design Essentials for E-learning." Dave talks about setting up a custom color palette in Storyline. (See attached.) I would like to do this using two colors, but I can't seem to figure out how to do it. Can you help me out?&nbsp;
