I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the scribble line tool in Storyline 360. I tested the feature to see if I could replicate the reported behavior, and it worked without any issues. Here's a recording of my test. Since the behavior appears to be isolated, try the following troubleshooting steps to fix it:
- Ensure you are working locally when making changes to your project file
- Repair your Storyline 360 installation if you're already working locally
