Thanks for reaching out. Karl is correct. There have been no changes yet to sharing Rise block templates with team members.
Please provide details on what enhancements you'd like to see on this feature and how it will benefit you and your organization. I'd be happy to share them with our product team to help them prioritize requests for new features!
