Sharing Rise 360 Courses
We had a team member leave the organization and we are trying to access the Rise 360 courses that they made in order to make updates. Their articulate license has been canceled- are we still able to...

If it hasn't been too long since their license was cancelled, their courses may still be online. You'll need to work with the Articulate staff to get them transferred to someone else. Contact them here: Contact Support for Help with Any Articulate E-Learning Course Development Software
Going forward, if you have Articulate Team licenses, you should ensure that all courses have at least one manager (in addition to the owner). And there should be a process to ensure that course ownership is transferred before someone leaves the company.
