Signing In with a different Articulate ID
Hi everyone,
I have two (yes, two!) Articulate 360 Teams accounts--necessary because I need to share work with two different teams.
I'm currently signed in under my second Articulate ID and now I need to switch back to my primary account under my first Articulate ID.
Here's what I'm doing:
1. Launch the Articulate app:
2. I click the down-arrow next to my ID circle icon and choose Sign Out:
3. Now that I'm signed out of this account, I click Sign In to sign into my other account:
However, instead of taking me to a form where I can enter my other Articulate ID, when I click Sign In, I'm immediately logged back in with the same ID I just signed out of.
How can I sign in with my other ID?

Thanks for reaching out!
On top of signing out of the Articulate 360 Desktop app, try signing out of Articulate 360's website as well to see if this helps. Additionally, you can also clear your browser's cache to log yourself out of any active sessions.

Hey there,
QUESTION (sorry if it's silly):
I need to move my Articulate 360 apps from an old customer-supplied computer to a new one.
I don't have admin credentials to uninstall (Storyline 360, for example) from the old computer.
Can I just sign out of the Articulate 360 Desktop App on the old computer, then install the required Articulate 360 apps on the new computer to make the transfer?
