simulation simplification
I'm just a user - just like you. That is mostly how the community works. I suggest creating a support ticket. Especially if your goal is to test the support of Articulate - and not the community.
It was not clear to me that you were using the recording feature to create the system simulation as you didn't mention that. Sorry.
I'll butt out and leave this to Articulate support.

Thanks i get confused with the term “community” and who is a volunteer or

You can tell if someone is a staff member by the Staff badge next to their name. If you'd like to reach out to our support team directly, you can do so by opening a support case.
